Since 1993, Eddie has helped people achieve the dream of home ownership around the country. He helps homeowners everywhere purchase new homes or investment properties, sell existing homes or simply refinance their exisitng home for the purposes of a lower interest rate, cash out for home improvements or cash out to establish an emergency fund.

His Primary Passion is the "Mortgage Planning" side of his business. Over the last several years, through education and counsel, he discovered that the largest portion of his wealth was tied up in his home equity. “I had an epiphany, realizing that real estate equity is real estate equity, whether it's in my primary residence or in rental properties”, Eddie said.

He purchased his first rental in 2003. Since then, they have increased their own net worth by over 400% and have earned the rank of “millionaire” from equity built through the accumulation of over $3M in rental properties, all of which were purchased and maintained with the equity in their primary residence. Not one dime of his primary source of income was used. “My $400,000 home increasing at nine percent per year was adding $36,000 to my net worth each and every year. Now, long-term, our net worth grows $150,000 yr at a bare minimum…all because we repositioned our equity into other investments” Eddie explained.

Because of their personal success, Eddie developed the belief and a passion to help people accomplish similar results. Their vision is to assist willing homeowners in increasing their net worth, through mortgage planning, by a minimum of $1M over the next 15 years. TM2023 (Thousand Millionaires by 2023). “I realize that money is not the answer for every one of life’s challenges, but It does allow us to arrive at them with more style”, Eddie chuckled.

During his transition from loan officer to mortgage planner, Eddie realized that there were a percentage of people that have absolutely no interest in becoming landlords. Because of this, there was a huge void in his practice. Over the last couple of years, his team has forged relationships with financial planners, Insurance agents, and real estate investors with company managed investment opportunities to offer a broad range of conservative, long-term investments that will help homeowners reach their financial goals while they are still young enough to enjoy it.

Eddie and his team are so excited about the long term positive impact they will have in their client's lives, that restructuring their mortgage becomes secondary to the cause.
